妊娠高血压疾病是一组妊娠期妇女以血压病理性升高为共同特点的妊娠期特有疾病。发病率我国9．4％，子痫前期占2．2％。子痫前期是妊娠高血压的一个危险阶段。目前认为子痫前期是由母亲及胎儿的多个基因及环境因素共同作用的结果。该病严重影响母婴健康，是孕产妇和围生儿发病率及死亡率的主要原因。临床表现高血压、水肿、蛋白尿、凝血机制障碍、头痛、视物模糊、胎儿生长受限。

Incidence of 9.4% in China,accounting for 2.2% of preeclampsia. Preeclampsia is a dangerous stage of pregnancy--induced hypertension. Preeclampsia is currently considered by the mother and fetus, multiple genes and environmental factors in the results. The disease severely affected maternal and child health is maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality in children the main reason. Clinical manifestations of hypertension,edema,proteinuria,coagulation mechanisms,headache,blurred vision,fetal growth restriction.
