40例全胃切除术后早期肠内营养的观察及护理

目的：观察全胃切除术后早期肠内营养支持治疗的效果。方法：对40例行全胃切除术后的病人采用两种营养支持效果进行观察。结果：术后早期肠内营养．支持治疗的患者要比传统营养支持治疗的患者能更好地促进胃肠功能的恢复，保证营养的撮入，减少并发症。结论：术后早期肠内营养治疗能明显改善患者机体状况和预后，是手术治疗的良好辅助治疗之一。

Objective：After observes the entire stomach excision method in the early intestines the nutrition support treatment effect. Methods：Uses two nutrition support effect after 40 routine entire stomach excision method patient to carry on the observation. Results： After the technique in the early intestines the nutrition support treatment patient must be able to promote the stomach and intestines function restoration well compared to the traditional nutrition support treatment patient, guaranteed the nutrition intaking, reduces the complication. Conclusion： After the technique in the early intestines the nutrition treatment can improve the patient organism condition and the prognosis obviously,is one of good assistance treatments which the surgery treats.
