神经内科老年患者的护理体会

神经内科收治的患者以脑卒中为多数，其特点是年老并伴有不同程度的意识障碍、感觉运动障碍或精神障碍，合并症多，住院时间长，预后不佳，致残率高等。脑血管病患者大多数合并有高血压病、糖尿病及冠心病等，多次患病者常合并假性球麻痹，饮水呛咳，吞咽困难，语言不清，声音嘶哑，部分患者出现抑郁症状及痴呆表现。这类病人住院期间安全隐患无处不在，护理过程中稍有不慎就可发生严重的不良后果。笔者现对神经内科老年患者的护理体会总结如下。
