妊高症的临床护理体会

Pregnancy--induced hypertension syndrome clinical nursing realizes

目的：观察妊高症产妇的护理效果。方法：将我院近期收治的妊高症患者分为对照组和实验组，对实验组患者采取综合性规范化护理，对照组采取常规护理，观察两组患者的分娩方式、胎儿结局、以及患者满意度等指标。结果：与对照组相比，实验组患者先兆子痫、子痫发病率，胎儿畸形死亡数均显著低于对照组（p〈0．05）；患者满意度以及顺产率均显著高于正常对照组（p〈0．05）。结论：对妊高症患者采取综合性规范化护理，能够有效地降低孕产妇子痫发病率、提高母婴的生存质量。

Objective：Observation pregnancy--induced hypertension syndrome parturient woman＇s nursing effect. Methods： The pregnancy--induced hypertension syndrome patient will admit in the near future who my courtyard will divide into the control group and the experimental group, will adopt comprehensive standardization nursing to the experimental group patients, the control group adopts conventional nursing,will observe two group of patient＇s childbirth ways, the embryo result,as well as targets and so on patient degree of satisfaction. Results： Compares with the control group,the experimental group patient preeclampsia,the eclampsia disease incidence rate,the embryo abnormal fatality count obviously is lower than the control group（p〈0.05） ;The patient degree of satisfaction as well as obviously is higher than the normal control group along the production rate （p〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Adopts comprehensive standardization nursing to the pregnancy--induced hypertension syndrome patient, can reduce the pregnant woman eclampsia disease incidence rate effectively,improve maternal infant＇s survival quality.
