摘要
棉花新种质HA-910为泗棉二号种植群体中筛选得到的自然变异株,采用田间病圃筛选鉴定、光合特性检测、纺织品质鉴定三者相结合对其抗枯、黄萎病及丰产的能力进行了鉴定。结果表明,棉花新种质HA-910在枯、黄萎病抗性和相关光合指标等方面均显著优于对照中棉12号,同时还具有良好的丰产性和综合品质。
The new cotton germplasm HA-910 is a natural variant strains selected from the planting group of the Simian 2 using the methods of identification and screening in field disease nursery,detection of photosynthetic characteristics,evaluation of textile quality,we researched and analysised the resistance to Fusarium,Verticillium and the yield of HA-910.The results show that the disease resistance and the photosynthetic parameters of the new cotton germplasm HA-910 were significantly higher than that in control group of Zhongmian 12.Moreover it has good yield and perfect comprehensive quality.
