目的：探讨与分析带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析对我院2007年至2009年收治的53例胫骨骨折患者给予带锁髓内钉治疗后的临床疗效。结果：随访6～18个月53例患者均达到骨性愈合，骨折愈合时间平均7．1个月，均未出现畸形愈合、骨不愈合、锁钉及髓内钉松动或断裂现象，优良率为96．2％。结论：带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折具有固定牢、创伤小、恢复快、骨折愈合率高等特点，值得临床推广使用。

Results：Makes a follow--up visit 6-18 month 53 example patients to achieve the osseous heals, the bone fracture cicatrization time average 7.1 months,have not appeared the abnormal cicatrization,the bone do not heal,in the lock nail and the marrow the nail become less crowded or the break phenomenon, fine rate are 96.2 %. Conclusion：The belt locks in the marrow the nail treatment shinbone bone fracture to have the fixed jail,the wound small,restores quickly,the bone fracture recovery rate higher characteristic,is worth the clinical promoted use.
