摘要
采用超声-微波协同辅助乙醇提取葎草中的总黄酮,应用响应曲面法对提取得率的各影响因素进行拟合,从而优化工艺参数。通过单因素试验确定了编码因子及水平,采用响应曲面法对微波功率、超声波功率和超声时间/间隔时间的影响作用进行研究。结果表明,超声-微波协同辅助乙醇提取葎草总黄酮的最佳工艺为:微波功率424.590 W,超声功率624.000 W,超声时间/间隔时间1/0,此时葎草总黄酮的得率达1.899%。
The extraction process of total flavonoids from humulus by the ethanol with ultrasonic-microwave assisted was studied.Response surface methodology(RSM)was used to fit for the factors that affect the extraction and optimize the process parameters.The coding parameters and level for response surface methodology were determined by the result of single factor test,response surface methodology was used to study effects of microwave power,ultrasonic power and the ultrasonic/clearance time.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of total flavonoids from humulus is : microwave power 424.590 W,ultrasonic power 624.000 W,and the ultrasonic/clearance time 1/0.In the case,the extraction rate of total flavonoids from humulus reaches 1.899%.
