Research Progress of Transgenic Research in Trifolium

三叶草作为优良的牧草,具有营养丰富、品质优良、适口性好等特点。随着现代生物技术的发展,转基因技术在三叶草上的应用越来越广泛。主要对国内外三叶草遗传转化体系的建立、品质改良、抗逆性进行综述,以此找出我国在三叶草转基因技术应用方面存在的不足及今后的研究方向。

Trifolium is important forage widely cultivated in the world and is characterized by its dietary,rich nutrition and excellent quality.With the development of modern biotechnology,the application of transgenic technology used in Trifolium is more extensive.This paper reviews recent progress in genetic transformation system,quality-improvement,and stress resistance in Trifolium.The aim is to identify the shortcomings of domestic application of transgenic technology and future research directions in Trifolium.
