摘要
随着社会的进步和人们生活水平的提高，人性化服务逐步取代了其他服务形式，成为大众的新宠，也成为妇幼保健院竞争的挂心力量。本文只要分析了人性化服用的必要性，就如何开展人性化服务提出相关建议。
Along with society＇s progress and the people living standard enhancement,the user friendly service has substituted for other service form gradually, becomes popuiace＇s new favorite, also becomes the women＇s and children＇s dispensary competition the key forces.
