目的：调查我院患者使用抗菌药物的具体情况，抗菌药物的临床合理使用提供参考，保证我院医师正确地使用抗菌药物。方法：回顾性分析我院2009年7月住院患者315例的临床资料。结果：主要存在的问题有抗菌药物使用率过高、过多，种类复杂，并且忽视药敏测试等等。结论：抗菌药临床用药情不容乐观，定期对抗菌药物的临床应用进行调查，可以及时地发现问题、纠正问题，同时也对抗菌药物的临床使用起到指导监督的作用。
