摘要
电力设备不停电检修是提高供电可靠性的重要条件。在充分考虑安全经济和方便快捷等性能要求的基础上研制开发的新型短接装置,解决了高压隔离开关动静触头异常发热进行带电检修时需要改变运行方式的倒闸操作问题,保证了系统的可靠运行,其创新性和实用性,亦可产生较大的社会效益和经济效益。
Maintenance of electrical equipments without power cut is an important condition of improving the reliability of electric power supply. Based on fully considering the economic, convenient and safe performance requirements, a new short-circuit device has been researched and developed to solve the switching operation problem for changing operational modes with live-line overhaul when the live dynamic and static contact of high-voltage disconnector is abnormal heating to ensure reliable operation of the system. The creativity and practicality of this device will have greater social and economic benefits.
