摘要
尼龙(PA)具有高模量以及优异的化学稳定性和耐介质性,它与氯化聚乙烯(CPE)并用后可进一步提高其物理机械性能以及耐介质性。通过HAAKE转矩流变仪模拟实际生产加工条件,制备了CPE与PA共混物,利用毛细管流变仪研究CPE和PA以及共混物的流变性能,考察不同初始加工温度、时间以及剪切速率对共混体系的机械性能以及微观相态的影响;此外,研究表明PA亦能改善CPE的稳定性。
CPE and PA blends were prepared by HAAKE torque rheometre,and the rheological properties of CPE, PA and their blend, which played an important role on improving the properties of processing and product, were also investigated respectively by capillary rheometre. Moreover, with an attempt to research the composition, the effects of the initial processing temperature, time and shear rate on the mechanical properties and morphology of the blends were also investigated.
