摘要
针对部队潜水医师在职培训工作实际,探讨了运用信息技术提高潜水医师岗位培训的可行性和优势,并设计了数字化教学培训系统方案,同时针对应用效果提出了改进措施。
Based on the actuality of army diving physicians on-the-job training （OJT）, this article discusses the feasibility and advantages of using information technology to improve the quality of OJT and designs a digital teaching system. It also proposes measures to perfect the application results.
