Producing medical information talents from the perspective of development of hospital informationization

随着医疗卫生行业信息化进程的加快,医院急需一批既懂医学,又懂信息科学的专业技术人员从事医疗机构信息应用领域的开发和管理工作。文章结合医院信息化发展的实际情况,提出了应用型、复合型医药信息化人才培养的途径及要求。

With the quick development of healthcare information process, hospitals urgently need a batch of technicians who are adept at medicine and information science to engage in development and management of information application in medical organization. Based on the actuality of hospital informationization development, this paper analyzes the ways and requirements of producing practical and versatile talents of healthcare information.
