摘要
阐述火灾时人员疏散过程与火灾发展过程的关系,安全疏散的目标和判定原则。提出在设计和设置火灾自动报警系统时,应着重考虑尽量延长危险状态来临时间(ASET),尽量缩短人员疏散所需时间(RSET),从而确保安全疏散。
The relationship between the personnel evacuation process and the fire development process,safe evacuation goals and the determination principles are described.It is proposed to extend the available safety egress time（ASET） and shorten the required safety egress time（RSET） as possible so as to ensure safe evacuation goals.
