基于区间数的高速磨床主轴系统的不确定性优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了更精确地反映主轴系统在工作状态下的情况,针对高速磨床主轴系统建立柔性体动力学模型,对其在不确定性磨削力作用下的工况进行数值模拟和优化研究.首先采用优化拉丁超立方试验设计方法在设计变量和不确定参数构成的混合空间内采样,再建立包含不确定量的主轴系统径向基函数近似模型,代替耗时的数值仿真模型.利用基于区间数的不确定性优化方法对高速磨床主轴系统进行优化设计研究.结果表明,利用基于区间数的不确定性优化方法,对主轴系统的关键参数进行优化后,表征磨削质量的刚体砂轮质心的径向跳动值比原来有了较大的减少,得到了在不确定磨削力影响下优化结果的响应区间. The flexible dynamic model of spindle system of high speed grinder was constructed to simulate the performance of spindle system under uncertain grinding force,which is more suitable to model the actual working condition.Radial basis function approximation model was used to replace the time consuming simulation model.The approximation model was created by the samples obtained through Latin hypercube experiment design method within the hybrid space,which was formed by the design space and uncertain space.The uncertain optimization method based on interval number was employed to optimize the design of spindle system.After optimizing the key variables of spindle system,the displacement magnitude of grinding wheel’s centroid decreases greatly,which indicates that the quality of grinding becomes better.The respones interval of the optimal design under the uncertainty can be obtained sequentially.
