中国信托业效率测度及动态变化的实证研究

Empirical Analysis of the Dynamic Change and Measurement of Efficiency of Chinese Trust Companies

为了检验银监会实施信托'新政'和金融危机对中国信托业效率的影响,运用数据包络分析方法(DEA)重点分析了我国37家信托公司2008年经营的相对效率,结果显示我国信托公司技术效率普遍较低,均值仅为0.507,主要受累于纯技术效率和规模效率的低下.同时,构建了投入产出导向型的Malmuiqst生产率指数对中国信托业2004-2008年全要素生产率的动态变化进行分析,结果表明中国信托业全要素生产率有了较为可观的改善,全要素生产率的增长主要来自于技术变化,技术效率变化的贡献较小.

To verify the effectiveness of Banking Regulatory Commission＇s＂New Deal＂and the financial crisis on the efficiency of the Chinese Trust Industry,data envelopment analysis（DEA）was conducted to analyze the operational efficiency of our 37trust companies in 2008.Empirical results have shown that the technical efficiency of China＇s trust is generally low,and the mean is only 0.507,which is mainly due to the low scale efficiency and the pure technologies.Meanwhile,this paper reviews the total factor productivity dynamics in China＇s Trust industry from 2004to 2008with Malmuiqst productivity index,and the results have shown that the total factor productivity in the Chinese trust industry has a more significant improvement in total factor productivity growth,which results mainly from the technological change.Also,the technical efficiency change tribute is low.
