After a brief review on the development of CAD,this article put forward that we are in a new era in information Age. The Power of information will make the Virtual Building become a dynamic and living copy of the real building. There will be no building without an electronic version,and the Virtual Building will live together with the real one. The designer will be the original author of the Virtual Building and the value higher in an electronic form than on paper.
