摘要
介绍了一种新的注射机料筒预热过程各个加热段等时控温方法。该方法是在原温度控制系统上用延时加热的方法实现注射机料筒各段等时到达设定温度的控温方法。其中各段的延时时间可以通过与上次各段延时时间比较而在以后开机过程中会越来越精确,实现延时时间的自适应性。经实践验证,采用该温控方法可以减少由于设定温度低的各段等待设定温度高的段到达设定温度而损耗的热能,降低在温控设备上无意义的电能浪费,达到节能的目的。
A new isochronal temperature control method was designed for preheating process of injection molding machine,by which each section could reach different temperature at the same time using delay-time heating way.Based on the original temperature control system.Each section's heating delay-time was compared with its previous delay-time and would become more accurate in the future startups.So the adaptive control of delay time was achieved.Practice proved that the new temperature control method can avoid the loss of heat energy owing to the low set temperature sections' waiting for the high set temperature section to reach its set temperature,reduced the unnecessary energy waste in the temperature control device,and achieve the energy-saving purposes.
