One-pot synthesis of benzimidazole cyclophane in [2+2]structure

摘要 The cyclophane in [2+2] structure for recognition guest was synthesized from 1,4-bis(benzimidazol-2-yl)butane and 1,4-dibromobutane.The reaction conditions were examined including reaction temperature,basicity and its quantity ratio.The structure was confirmed on the basis of IR,1H NMR and MS.
