新型手性芳杂环分子钳人工受体的微波干法合成 被引量:2

Synthesis of Novel Chiral Heteroaromatic Molecular Tweezer Artificial Receptors in Solvent-free under Microwave Irradiation

摘要 在微波无溶剂条件下,以对苯二甲酰氯为隔离基,胆甾为手臂,固体K2CO3为载体,设计并合成了4个新型的手性芳杂环分子钳(3a~3d),其结构经1HNMR,IR,MS和元素分析表征。考察了微波辐射条件对反应的影响,结果表明,以固体K2CO3为载体,于450 W辐射4 min,收率最高(90%)。用UV-Vis初步研究了3a~3d对客体氨基酸甲酯的识别性能。结果表明,它们均对氨基酸甲酯有良好的对映选择性识别作用。 Four new chiral heteroaromatic molecular tweezer artificial receptors(3a~3d) were synthesized by using terephthalo chloride as the spacer,cholest as the arm and solid K2CO3 as the supporter in solvent-free under microwave irradiation.The structures were characterized by 1H NMR,IR,MS and elemental analysis.The effect of microwave irradiation conditions on the reaction were investigated.The results showed that the yield of 3 was 90% at 450 W for 4 min using K2CO3 as the supporter.The recognition properties of 3a~3d on chiral molecules were investigated by UV-Vis.The preliminary results indicate that all the 3a~3d exhibited better enantioselective recognition on L-amino acid methyl esters.
