新型水溶性杯[4]-1,3-氮杂冠醚衍生物的合成及其催化性能 被引量:2

摘要 杯[4]芳烃与N,N′-亚乙基双(2-氯乙酰胺)反应得杯[4]-1,3-氮杂冠醚衍生物(2);2经浓硫酸磺化合成了新型水溶性杯[4]-1,3-氮杂冠醚衍生物(3),其结构经1H NMR,ESI-MS和元素分析表征。探讨了3作为反相转移催化剂对氯化苄和硫氰酸钾的亲核取代反应的催化性能,结果表明,3具有一定的催化活性。 Calix[4]-1,3-azacrown derivative(2) was synthesized by the reaction of calix[4]arene with N,N′-ethythlene-bi(2-chloracetamide).Reaction 2 with concentrated sulfuric acid gave a novel water-soluble calix[4]-1,3-azacrown derivative(3).The structure was characterized by 1H NMR,ESI-MS and elemental analysis.The catalytic property of 3 as inverse phase transfer catalyst on nucleophilic substitution of benzyl chloride with potassium thiocyanate was investigated.The results showed that 3 exhibited some catalytic activity.
