摘要
在离子液体{[bmin]BF4}中,以咪唑-1-基乙酸盐酸盐为原料,通过缩合和水解反应合成了新药唑来膦酸钠,总收率60.0%,纯度99.8%,其结构经1HNMR和IR表征。[bmin]BF4可回收套用。
Zoledronate sodium in total yield of 60.0% and purity of 99.8% was synthesized by the reaction of condensation and hydrolysis from imidazol-1-yl-acetic acid hydrochloride in ionic liquids{BF4}.The structure was characterized by 1H NMR and IR.BF4 can be easily recycled and reused.
