摘要
栓子检测对早期诊断血管疾病有很大的作用。经颅多普勒超声仪(TCD)可用来检测脑血管中栓子。本文中,通过FFT和小波变换相结合的信号处理方法,分别处理血栓多普勒信号,提取出相应的特征参数值。TCD系统通过这些参数值实时判断频谱图中存在的栓子,实验结果证明此算法可以很好地区分栓子和伪差信号。
Embolic detection is very important to the early diagnosis of vessel disease. The Transcranial Doppler (TCD) ultrasound technique is one of the common methods to detect the embolus non- invasively. In this paper, we used FFT and wavelet transformation to analyze the embolic doppler signals, and then we obtained the extracted characteristic parameters. The TCD system used these parameters to judge the embolics in real time from the spectrum. The experimental results showed that this algorithm could distinguish the embolic from the artifact very well.
