Design of Multi-output Power Supply Applicable to Space Environment

摘要 空间环境应用的机电设备对电源的可靠性、效率、体积及重量有着苛刻的要求。当前应用的集成电源模块输出电压种类固定且数量较少,往往需要多个电源模块组合使用,这样不仅降低了电源的效率,而且增加了体积和重量,同时由于没有针对太空单粒子锁定事件进行有效的防护设计,有较大的安全隐患。针对空间环境的特殊需求,设计了一款多路输出的电源电路,它由多路DC/DC变换电路、低压差线性调节电路和防止单粒子锁定保护电路组成,实验证明该电源电路具有体积小、集成度高、效率高等优点,并能有效消除单粒子锁定事件的影响。 Electromechanical devices applied to space environment have strict requirements on reliability,efficiency,volume and weight of the power supply.Due to the fixed types and limited quantity of output voltages of the integrated power modules which are currently used widely,collective use of multiple power modules is usually demanded,leading to a depressed efficiency,enlarged volume and increased weight of the power supply.And as a result of the absence of effectual protective measure for space single event latchup,hidden danger is also inevitable.A multi-output power circuit comprising output circuit of DC/DC multi-path conversion,linearly regulating circuit of slight voltage difference,and protective circuit preventing single event latchup,is developed to meet the special demands of space environment.The experimental results indicate that this power supply combines small volume with great density of integration and high efficiency,show a strong ability to eliminate the influence of single event latchup.
