摘要
为了保证医学数据在网络传输过程中的安全性、完整性以及传输效率,本文结合Socket网络编程接口和多线程技术,提出了在远程医疗数据传输系统中增加服务器端和客户端程序的设计思想。以在ADSL的网络环境下传输同一个D ICOM文件做验证,测试结果表明本数据传输系统可以有效地保证传输数据的安全和完整性,并且在一定范围内增加了传输数据的线程数量、发送数据缓冲区域和接受数据缓冲区域,这些有利于提高数据传输效率。
In order to transmit the telemedicine data in the network securely, perfectly and efficiently, this paper proposes the design of adding the server program and the client program in the telemedicine data transmission system, with Socket interface and multi-thread. The proposed system was tested by sending a same DICOM file under ADSL network conditions. The results showed that the proposed data transmission system effectively ensured the security and integrity of the telemedicine data within the increase of threads for data transmission in a certain range. The sending data buffer size and receiving data buffer size also contributed to the improvement of transmission efficiency.
