摘要 目的设计一套可以计算常规放射治疗剂量并能对病人放射治疗信息进行管理的软件。方法首先采用V isual FoxPro8.0编程语言开发应用数据库,用三维水箱和剂量仪测量加速器的各种因子,然后采用线性内插法计算剂量。结果通过治疗计划模块所建立的3台加速器的相关参数表及其联系,可以快速准确地计算机器名义剂量;利用管理模块实现了放射治疗信息的存档、查询和统计。结论常规放射治疗计划与管理系统能简化操作和减少人为差错,提高了工作效率。 Objective To design a radiotherapy planning and managing system for calculating the radiotherapy dosage and managing the medicine information of patients in conventional treatment. Methods Visual FoxPro8.0 programming language was used to accelerators were achieved with 3D water tank and design the database. The dosimetric factors of linear dose meter, then Linear interpolation was used for calculating the dose. Results The parameter tables of 3 linear accelerators were set up in the treatment planning module. By analyzing the relations among the parameters, we could calculate the monitor units quickly and accurately. By using of the management module we could realize the archiving, querying and analyzing statistically of radiotherapy information. Conclusion The radiotherapy planning and managing system simplifies operation and reduces human errors, improves the efficiency as well.
