埋地输气管道穿孔泄漏扩散浓度的数值模拟 被引量:15

摘要 基于有限容积法,建立输气管道泄漏扩散模型。以天然气管道为例分析了管道穿孔泄漏的原因,并进行数值模拟,得出了不同时刻模拟区域内天然气云团的扩散特性,给出了不同时刻爆炸浓度范围。结果表明:埋地天然气管道泄漏后,随着扩散时间的增加,近地面附近区域受气体危险浓度作用时间较长,影响程度较大。该成果为管道安全抢修提供理论指导,也说明应用数值方法模拟埋地燃气管道泄漏扩散规律是可行的。 The diffusion model of gas pipeline leakage is established based on the finite volume method.Taking a gas pipeline for example,the reasons of the pipeline perforation leakage are analyzed and the numerical simulation is performed,and the diffusion characteristics of gas cloud cluster in the simulation model domain and the blast gas concentration range at different time are obtained.The results show that when the buried gas pipeline leakage happens,with the gas diffusion time increases,the time effect of gas dangerous concentration on the area near ground becomes longer and the influence becomes bigger.The conclusion offers a theoretical guidance for pipeline emergency repair,and the numerical simulation using the software for seeking gas pipeline perforation leakage law is feasible.
