摘要
胜利5号自升式钻井平台在特检和坞检时,经无损检测发现桩腿齿条和升降齿轮磨损极其严重,有208个齿磨损深度超过7mm,占总齿数的25%,还有部分裂纹,已达报废程度,后经验船师与焊接工程师反复探讨、试验,制订了一套较为科学的焊接修复工艺,在施焊过程中,专人施焊,专人监督、检测,最终修复成功,恢复了桩腿的使用功能。本工艺对今后钻井平台桩腿的维修,对高强度钢焊接具有一定的参考价值。
Critical abrasions were found between the leg racks and gears by NDT during the special inspection and dry-docking inspection.There were 208 teeth on the racks having the abrasion depth exceeding 7 mm,and the number is almost 25% of the total teeth on the racks.Cracks were even found in some locations.The racks almost failed for the abrasions,but they have been repaired to reach the original designated capacity with a scientific welding repair procedure worked out by surveyors and welding engineers,and with critical supervision and inspection.This procedure will be valuable for repairs of mobile drilling units and welding of high strength steel.
