摘要
川东北至川西输气管道工程在四川省巴中市平昌县境内有一处需穿越通江河隧道,该隧道全长1279m,斜井角度为30°。为此制订了在隧道口处组焊预制管道、卷扬机配合滑轮组牵引管道逐段下滑就位的施工方案。介绍了管道下滑牵引装置、下滑装置、导向装置和地锚装置以及隧道斜井段和平巷段管道的安装方法。管道组对、焊接、探伤、防腐均在隧道口进行,有效地保证了施工安全和焊接质量,提高了施工效率。
In Northeast Sichuan to West Sichuan Gas Pipeline Project,there is a pipeline crossing through Tongjiang River tunnel in Pingchang County.The tunnel has the length of 1 279 m and the declined angle of 30°.The construction scheme is made as follows:assembling and welding the pipeline near the tunnel entrance,pulling and sliding the pipeline in segments by windlass and pulley block.The relevant devices such as pipeline pulling device,sliding device,guiding device and earth anchors and their installations are introduced and the construction methods of the pipeline in declined section and horizontal section of the tunnel are described.Pipeline assembly,welding,defect test and anticorrosion construction are carried out near the tunnel entrance,thus,the construction security and welding quality are guaranteed and the construction efficiency is boosted.
