摘要
江苏新海石化公司100万t/a延迟焦化装置,有128道D219mm同径不等厚Cr5Mo管道焊缝,采用常规焊接施工方法其焊口易出现未焊透、内凹、夹钨等缺陷。经研究探讨,采用了"非对称斜拉式"焊接方法,有效地解决了缺陷问题。文章从坡口加工、点焊、焊接工艺参数、焊接作业要点等方面介绍了该焊接方法。
There are 128 welds on the pipes with the same diameter of 219 mm but different thickness in the delayed coking facility of Jiangsu Xinhai Petrochemical Co.With traditional welding construction method,welding defects such as incomplete fusion,concave,tungsten slag inclusion are often found.After deep investigation,the welding method called 'asymmetric and inclined swing approach' is adopted and proved to be effective.The new welding method is illustrated in this paper in aspects of groove processing,spot welding,welding process parameters and key points of welding operation.
