摘要
采用高性能DSP芯片TMS320F2812进行数据采集和处理,运用C语言和汇编语言混合编程,利用方差法检测失稳先兆信号,研制了压气机气动失稳嵌入式预警系统。实验结果表明,该预警系统能够实现对压气机气动失稳的在线预警,而且,实时性强、可靠性高,在发动机及压气机气动失稳的预报和控制工程中具有广阔的应用前景。
DSP TMS320F2812 chip is used to collect and process data,and the compressors aerodynamic instability inception is detected by variance analysis method.The embedded early warning system is designed and implemented by using C language and assembly language mixed programming.Experimental results show that the system can realize online warning of compressor aerodynamic instability.This system exists extensive application prospects in forecast and control engineering of compressor aerodynamic instability for its strong real-time and high reliability.
