摘要
结合对广东省建筑外墙渗漏的调查，从建筑物体型、外墙所用建筑材料、外墙构造设计与施工、使用维护等诸方面进行渗漏原因分析，提出了防止外墙渗漏的对策和外墙防水验收方法。
Based upon the investigation in Guangdong province about exterior wall leakage,the reason for leakage is analysed in terms of building figure,exterior wall materials,design and construction of exterior walls and maintenance.The countermeasure to avoid exterior wall leakage and the inspection and acceptance method for exterior wall waterproofing are raised as well.[
