摘要
针对多目标优化设计中目标函数加权系数的选取问题,结合NGW型行星减速器的优化设计,提出了一种基于QFD的多目标优化目标函数的建立方法,通过该方法,可以根据需求来确定分目标函数及其加权系数,实现将用户需求尽可能准确地反映到产品方案设计中,保证产品的设计质量使设计结果真正地满足用户需求。
Aimed at the choice question of objective function weighting coefficients,this article puts forward the establishment method of multi-objective optimization objective function based on QFD by the optimization of NGW planetary transmission According to customer demands,each objective function and its weighting coefficient are established by this method.It can reflect user requirements into the product development accurately as much as possible and effectively guarantee the quality of products.As a result,the design result fully embodies the demands of customer.
