摘要
为加工石油天然气管道等大口径管口螺纹,设计了一种新型的数控车床主轴系统。该主轴系统采用了进给齿轮同轴三套主轴结构及嵌入式进给轴机构。齿轮同轴三套主轴由内、中、外三组空心齿轮通过轴承嵌套而成。三组齿轮均为独立驱动,通过分别控制三个伺服电机的转速,可实现刀具相互独立或相互关联的运动。因采用伺服电机驱动主轴,使主轴具有C轴功能。三联齿轮的功能在于可使刀具作进给运动。该设计在满足管件加工要求的同时,克服了传统机床的各种缺点,提高了生产率,降低了机床设备的投入成本。
In order to machining a type of large-diameter steel pipe we designed a newstyle spindle system of NC Pipethread machine.The design adopted a coaxial spindle configuration with ternate feed gears and feed shafts of embedded chips.The coaxial ternate spindles is composed of there hollow gears which the big ones hold the small ones.Each of the gear is drove independently.And to control the rotation rate of there servo motors,we can realize the movements of there gears interrelated or irrespectively.Inasmuch as the spindle is droved by servomotor,it has the C—axis function.The function of ternate feed gears—cylinder is fixes the shell of special cutting unit And it is passive when working.The design not only satisfy the requirements of to machining the large rotor hub,but also improve the efficacy and reduce the cost of equipment.
