摘要
介绍利奇菲尔德的背景和他的规划评价的基本理念和方法论,并对其运用于我国城市规划成效评价的可能性和适宜性进行简要分析。以期为探讨和建立符合我国国情的、理性而科学的城市规划评价理论和实践方法提供赋有价值的参考和启示。
This paper gives a brief introduction to the background of Lichfield and the fundamental idea and methodology of CIE.It also reviews and analyzes the adaptability of this theory in China＇s planning practices.It is intended by the author to provide a valuable reference or enlightenment for the establishment of planning theoretical system on evaluation and planning practice in China.
