摘要
Mueller矩阵是公认的能很好地表述介质偏振特性的一种方法,对生物组织散射特性的Mueller矩阵的研究已成为国际上组织光学的热点之一。在实验上对纳米级ZnO散射颗粒酒精溶液Mueller矩阵各元素的空间分布图样进行了测量,发现:粒径越小,某些矩阵元图样有收缩趋势,结果显示Mueller矩阵与介质特性之一的散射颗粒半径有关。预计通过对生物组织等混浊介质后向散射Mueller矩阵的研究,在医疗诊断方面(如肿瘤细胞的检测)有潜在的应用价值。
Mueller matrix is believed a good way to describe backscattered property of turbid media.Utilizing mueller matrix to understand tissue scatter property has become one intensive studied issue due to its application potentials in noninvasive optical diagnosis of biological tissue.In this work,backscattered Mueller matrix of alcohol solutions in which ZnO nanoparticles were dispersing was measured.The conclusions were mainly included: Mueller matrix was related to the scattering particles’size.The pattern of backscattered Mueller matrix downsized as the scattering particles’size of turbid media reduced.The property may have application potential in cancer diagnosis.
