吸蜡储能树脂的合成及性能研究

摘要 首次以吸附树脂作为相变材料载体,探讨了以大孔吸附树脂为载体吸附石蜡相变材料制备储能和节能颗粒。采用悬浮聚合法合成了丙烯酸酯系高吸附树脂。用偏光显微镜观察了吸蜡前、后树脂的形态变化,用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测定了吸附石蜡后树脂的储、放热性能。结果表明,所制得的吸蜡树脂对石蜡的最大吸附量可达8.7726 g/g,保蜡油率在94.0%以上,其相变焓为105.60 J/g。 Absorption resin was first proposed as a carrier for phase change materials.Big hole absorption resin was discussed as a carrier to absorb paraffin phase change material to prepare storage and energy saving materials.The high absorption resins polyacrylate were synthesized by suspension polymerization.Polarized light microscope was used to observe the morphology of resin before and after absorbing paraffin;differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) was employed to measure the thermal storage and liberation properties of the resin after adsorbing paraffin.The results show that the maximum adsorption capacity of paraffin can reach up to 8.772 6 g/g,the volume of the resins increase more than four times after adsorbing paraffin and the paraffin reserve rate could reach more than 94.0%;while the phase transition enthalpy is 105.60 J/g.
