摘要
加强管线成果质量管理,把好管线数据质量关是地下管线信息化建设重要一环。本文作者根据参加厦门市地下管线探测及信息化项目的实践经验,通过对影响数据质量因素的分析,提出了采用建立技术标准和数据采集精度指标进行质量控制的思路,阐述了为保证数据质量进行数据检查的内容和方法,探讨了通过建立有效的质量控制机制来控制数据质量的方式,最后强调了加强数据资料管理的必要性和应采取的措施。
Strengthening the quality management of the pipeline achievements and its data is an important part of underground pipeline information construction.The author participated the underground pipeline detection and informatization of Xiamen city,according to the practical experience and the analysis of factors which affecting data quality,this paper proposes a quality control idea of establishing the technical specifications and data acquisition accuracy indicators,elaborates a method of checking data to ensure data quality,discusses a way of control the data quality through the establishment of effective quality control mechanisms,and finally emphasize the necessity of strengthening data management and the measures to be taken.
