所谓"座浆法"安装煤矿大型进口提升机设备,就是采用CGM型高强无收缩灌浆料,将设备基础垫铁利用"座浆法"安装,一次找平,提高了安装质量,加快了施工进度,并改变了传统研磨基础进行找平的方法,大大降低了基础研磨的工作量。此施工技术是首次在煤矿大型机电设备安装施工中运用,比较方便操作,安全可靠。

Brief Introduction： The Block pulp methods for installing large-scale imported coal mine hoisting equipment, is the application of CGM-hased high-strength non-shrink grout material, by using the equipment-based ＂Block slurry method＂to install the equipment, and align in one time. By using this method, we can improve the installation quality, accelerate the construction schedule, and change the traditional method of grinding basis leveling, significantly reduce the workload of the foundation ground. This technology is the first application on large-scale mechanical and electrical installation in coal mine construction, and it will he more convenient and safe.
