摘要
本文介绍了在氟盐体系中电解稀土氧化物制取混和稀土金属工艺的基本原理,分析讨论了电解质组成、电解温度、电极电流密度、加料速度对电解效果的影响,由生产结果表明,电解槽连续稳定自然运行,台日产量达110㎏,稀土金属平均收率大于95%以上,电流效率大于65%,5000A电解槽在国内规格生产混和稀土及单一金属最比较经济先进的工艺。
This article presents the basic principle of RE Oxides electrolysis at fluorides to produce mixed RE metals, analyzes the influence of electrolyte composition, electrolysis temperature, ELECTRODE CURRENT DENSITY, feeder speed on electrolysis effect, The production results in electrolytic cell continuous and stable normal operation, with unit yields of 110KG/day, average yield rate of RE metals over 95%, and current efficiency over 65%. All in all, 5000A electrolytic cell belongs to relatively economic and advanced process in mixed RE metals and single metal production.
