摘要
2007年前,新疆焦煤集团巷道掘进单进很低,综掘月单进平均不到200m,炮掘掘进月单进约120m,直接影响到矿井的生产接续和生产能力的提高。为了缓解矿井采掘接续紧张的局面,实现矿井高产、高效,根据矿区地质条件,矿区2007年引进了EBZ-135型掘进机。在应用该掘进机后,掘进工作面每天单进可达10~15m,月进尺最高达到350m。掘进速度大大提高,缓解了接续紧张问题,降低了工人劳动强度。
Before 2007, the roadway single driving level at Xin Jiang Jiao Mci Group was very low, with average monthly single driving of fully mechanized mining less than 200 meters and that of cannon mining about 120meters, which directly influence the production continuity and production enhancement of the coal mines. To relieve the tense continuity and achieve high production, high efficiency, EBZ-135 fully mechanized roadway headers were introduced based on coal field geological conditions in 2007. After that, the single driving per day can reach 10-15 m, and monthly driving 350m, with driving speed greatly enhanced, tense continuity relieved and labor intensity decreased.
