强的松联合金纳多治疗爆震性聋的疗效观察

Efficacy of combination of prednisone and Extract Injection of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves on blast deafness

目的：探讨强的松联合银杏叶提取物注射液（金纳多）治疗爆震性聋的临床疗效。方法：已确诊的爆震性聋患者50例,随机分为联合治疗组26例和强的松组24例,联合治疗组给予金纳多静脉点滴和强的松口服治疗;强的松组仅给予强的松治疗。对两组治疗前、后纯音听阈和ABR检查结果进行统计学分析。结果：与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者纯音听阈和ABR波V反应阈显著降低（P〈0.05）,但联合治疗组疗效优于强的松组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：强的松联合金纳多治疗爆震性聋的疗效明显优于单纯使用强的松。

Objective：To study the clinical effects of the combination treatment with prednisone and the extract injection of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves on blast deafness.Methods：The 50 patients with diagnosed blast deafness were randomly distributed into two groups,the combination treatment group（n=26 cases） and the prednisone group（n=24 cases）.The subjects in the combination treatment group received Extract Injection of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves by intravenous infusion and prednisone orally,and the subjects in the other group only took prednisone orally.Both group were treated for seven days.ABR and pure tune threshold shifts are tested before and after the treatment and analyzed statistically.Results： Threshold of pure tune and ABR after the treatment for the two groups were much lower than those before the treatment（P0.05）.However,the effects of the combination treatment with predniisone and Extract Injection of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves were better than the prednisone group（P0.01）.Conclusions： The clinical effects of the combination treatment with prednisone and Extract Injection of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves are much better than the effects of the treatment only with glucocorticoid.
