摘要
目的观察镉对雄性大鼠的生殖毒作用。方法给雄性大鼠分别以(5、10、20)mg/mL氯化镉溶液进行灌胃,连续14 d。分别于第7 d、第14 d处死动物各一半。结果体重、睾丸指数、精子相对计数、睾酮含量由对照组至镉负荷组依次降低;第7 d雄性大鼠体重、睾丸指数、精子相对计数低镉组与正常组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中镉组和高镉组与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),睾酮含量低镉组与对照组相比差异无统计学意义,中镉组与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高镉组与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);第14 d雄性大鼠体重、睾丸指数、精子相对计数低镉组、中镉组和高镉组与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),睾酮含量低镉组与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中镉组和高镉组与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);随着镉负荷量的加大,雄性大鼠的体重、睾丸指数、精子相对计数、睾酮含量都明显降低,呈显著的剂效应关系。结论雄性大鼠连续14 d氯化镉溶液进行灌胃,对生殖系统产生明显毒性。
Objective To observe the poisonous effects of cadmium on the reproduction of male rats. Methods: To irrigate the stomach of male rats with 5, 10, 20 mg/mL chlorinating cadmium solution respectively and continuously for 14 days and kill half of the rats respectively on the 7th day andl4th. Results Weight, testicular exponent, sperm numbers and testosterone contents have reduced from control group to cadmium -loaded group. On the 7th day, there was an obvious difference between the control group and the experimental group in terms of the weight, testicular exponent, sperm numbers ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and there was also a notable difference between the middle - cadmium group, the high - cadmium group and the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). In terms of testosterone contents , there was no obvious difference between the low - cadmium group and the control group while there was an obvious difference between the middle - cadmium group and the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) and a very notable difference between the high - cadmium group and the control group(P 〈 0.01). On the 14th day, there was an obvious difference between the low - cadmium, middle -cadmium group, the high - cadmium group and the control group in terms of the weight, testicular exponent, sperm numbers ( P 〈 0.01 ). In terms of testosterone contents , there was an obvious difference between the low - cadmium group and the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) and there was a very obvious difference between the middle - cadmium group, the high - cadmium and the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). With the increasing load of cadmium load, the weight, testicular exponent, sperm numbers and testosterone contents of male rats have reduced obviously, which assumes a notable agent - effect relation. Conclusion The continuous 14 - day irrigation of the stomach of male rats with chlorinating cadmium solution can produce obvious toxicity to reproductive system.
