许昌市城乡居民自杀意念及其影响因素分析

The Analysis of Suicide Idea and Its Influencing Fac tors For the Urban and Rural Residents in Xu Chang City.

目的了解一般人群自杀意念及其影响因素,为制定自杀干预措施提供依据。方法采用统一他评的方式,问卷使用北京回龙观医院即北京心理危机研究与干预中心提供的《自杀态度与心理健康状况问卷》(社区版-Ⅵ)。分别随机抽取魏都区和许昌县城乡居民进行问卷调查,了解自杀意念的发生及其影响因素。结果共回收合格调查问卷1 002份,其中城市居民488人,占48.70%,农村514人,占51.30%。年龄为18～90岁,平均45.9岁。其中男性536人,占53.49%,女性466人,占46.51%;2人有过自杀或自伤行为,近一年共有9人有时或经常想过自杀或故意伤害自己,其中4人为城市社区居民,5人为农村居民。自杀意念发生率为898.20/10万。多元逐步回归分析结果显示:收入来源、读书年限、最近30 d失眠的天数及最近30 d因躯体疾病或伤害而难以从事日常活动或学习的天数有统计学意义(F1=5.30,p=0.00,F2=1.79,p=0.02,F3=5.41,p=0.00,F4=7.50,P=0.00)。结论重点关注低收入、没有固定收入来源和睡眠质量差以及患有慢性疾病甚至导致伤残的人群。

Objective The research aims to investigate the suicide idea and the relative factors that affect it for the common people,which is the foundation of the new measures for preventing the suicide of the common.Methods The methodology of the research is questionnaire which is provided by Hui Long Guan Hospital in Beijing,The Center of Psychological Crisis Study and Its Intervening in Beijing.The samples are chosen randomLy in Weidu district,Xuchang city,and in Xuchang County to investigate their suicide idea and its affecting factors.Results 1 002 qualified questionnaires are collected.Among them the 488 citizens takes the percentage of 48.7 %,and the people in the countryside,is 514,51.3 % of all;the age ranges from 18 to 90 and the average age is 45.9 while among them males are 536,53.49 % and the females are 466,46.51 %;according to the investigation,2 persons did commit suicide or hurt themselves and in the last year 9 persons,4 citizens and 5 country people sometimes or frequently were thinking of the suicide or hurting themselves physically on purpose,and the rate of the suicide tendency is 898.2 persons in 100,000.All the layers of the investigation shows us the factors are of statistical significance,that influence the suicide idea： the income sources,the years of education,the sleepless nights in the past 30 days and the diseases or the hurting got or being unable to fit for the daily life or learning in the last 30 days（F1=5.30 p=0.00,F2=1.79 p=0.02,F3=5.41 p=0.00,F4=7.50 P=0.00）.Conclusion From the research,we should care much more about the people with low pay,the persons without a stable income source and the persons with poor sleep quality and the group who have the chronic illness which is easy to cause the hurting of themselves.
