摘要
川东北元坝地区陆相地层,特别是须家河组地层具有研磨性强、可钻性差的特点,致使该地区陆相地层的机械钻速较低,而"PDC钻头+螺杆"和"高速涡轮钻具+孕镶金刚石钻头"复合钻井技术可以提高机械钻速。在元坝地区陆相地层的应用表明,与常规钻井技术相比,"PDC钻头+螺杆"和"高速涡轮钻具+孕镶金刚石钻头"复合钻井技术均能提高该地区的机械钻速和单只钻头进尺,但"PDC钻头+螺杆"复合钻井技术只适用于该地区的上沙溪庙组地层,"高速涡轮钻具+孕镶金刚石钻头"复合钻井技术适用于须家河组地层。复合钻井技术的成功应用为高研磨性的元坝地区陆相地层提速提供了一种有效的技术手段。
The terrestrial formation in northeast Sichuan,especially in Xujiahe formation,with strong abrasivity and poor rock drillability caused the poor rate of penetration.Compound drilling technology,PDC+large size PDM and impregnated diamond bit+high speed turbine,can increase drilling speed.The application of compound drilling technology in Xujiahe shows that ROP and bit footage were improved remarkably compared with conventional drilling.PDC+large size PDM is applicable for Shangshaximiao formation.impregnated diamond bit+high speed turbine is applicable for Xujiahe formation.The successful application of compound drilling technology provides an efficient drilling technology for drilling terrestrial formation with strong abrasivity.
