摘要 气井射孔完井后,仍有突发井喷出现,值得引起高度重视。针对新926-2井沙溪庙组气层射孔完井后突发性井喷的问题,剖析了新场气田沙溪庙组复杂气藏的地质特征,介绍了新926-2井井喷及压井的概况。分析了井喷原因:气藏高压是动力,较大产气量是物质基础,Ⅰ类储层是气源,裂缝是气的高导流通道,井喷推迟由堵塞引起的,未观察到溢流、失去防范时机,油管高速流使井喷来势猛烈。得到的启示是:注重裂缝储层预测,提高钻井水平,改进完井技术,完善压井后期的处理措施。 The occurrence of gas well blowout after perforation completion is worthy of high attention.According to the blowout in Well Xin926-2 after perforation completion,the geological information of Shaximiao was analyzed,and the blowout and measures used in this well were presented.The analysis shows that high pressure reservoir is the reason;high gas rate is the basis;type I zone is the gas resource;fracture is the flow path;and the delay of blowout is caused by form plug.The chance of preventing blowout was lost due to not observing overflow.The lessons learned from this are that we should focus on prediction of fractured reservoir,improve drilling and completion techniques,and complete measures after well killing.This discussion is beneficial.
