摘要
挤压法压井是在不能建立正常循环时实现井控的一种有效方法,它的基本思路就是在井口设备、套管抗内压强度、地层破裂压力等所有因素安全的前提下进行压井施工,在井口将压井液通过环空或钻柱泵入到井内,将井内溢流气体或混合流体压回地层并重新建立循环。根据在挤压法压井的原则,总结了挤压法压井应用条件和注意事项。根据挤压法压井原理进行了理论推导,建立了相关参数的数学模型,并编制了计算程序。实例计算表明,所编制挤压法模拟计算程序计算结果正确,可用于挤压法压井模拟计算。
Bullheading is an effective way to control blowout if a well cannot circulate effectively.The fundamentals are to ensure safety of wellhead equipment,casing internal pressure strength,formation fracture pressure and all other tools.The kill fluid was pumped into the annulus or the drill string to suppress the pressure of formation fluid,and re-establishing the mud circulation.Based on principle of bullheading,the application conditions and requirements of bullheading were summarized.The mathematical model was established and software was programmed.The results show that the calculated results are reasonable and can be used.
