Exploring a New Path towards Integrated Urban and Rural Planning,Eliminating the Dilemma in the Renovation of "Villages in the City"——An Investigation of Farmers' Dilapidated Housing in Zhangzhou's "Urban Villages" and Exploration of Coping Strategies

本文通过笔者对漳州市龙文区的"城中村"农民危困房改造问题的实际调研,结合多年城乡规划管理工作经验,剖析了问题成因,同时提出解决"城中村"村民危困房问题的思路与实施对策。

This paper is based on the author＇s actual survey of the renovation of farmers＇dilapidated ＂urban villages＂ in Longwen District,Zhangzhou City.Taking advantage of his years of experience in urban-rural management,the author examines the causes of the problems and proposes approaches and coping strategies for resolving issues relating to the revocation of dilapidated ＂urban villages＂.
