摘要
田安大桥两端节点交通组织规划,是以整个区域路网承担的交通为整体,用系统分析的方法,注重影响区范围内各交叉口节点、交叉口之间的路段和整体路网的协调考虑;对周边路网上的各种车流分设不同的优先级分别处理,以充分利用现有的路网资源组织交通流的运行。对于交通的供需矛盾在现有条件下无法通过组织管理解决的区段和节点,以现有掌握的规划和建设管理资料为基础,进行翔实的分析,并给出具体的咨询建议。
Tian An organization planning the bridge traffic across nodes,is assumed by the regional road network traffic as a whole,the method of systematic analysis,focusing on the intersection within the impact zone node,the intersection between the road and take into account the total road network of co-ordination;on a variety of Internet traffic around the way different priorities grouped dealt with separately,in order to fully use the existing road network resources and organization to run the traffic flow.Between supply and demand for the traffic conditions in the existing organization and management can not be resolved through the section and the node to the existing master data for planning and construction management,based on robust analysis,and give specific advice.
